She waited 14 years to follow her dream. Now she designs yours.
Kadambari finished a full fashion designing course before her marriage. Then life happened - family, children, fourteen years of putting everyone else first. When space finally opened up, she chose herself. Started from home. Built Syka from one machine and one karigar in North Kolkata.
That was 2012. Twelve years and more than ten thousand outfits later, she still checks every single piece before it leaves. Antara - her daughter - is now part of it too. What started in one room is becoming something much bigger. But the hands behind it haven't changed.
